Constitutional issues cannot be solved without security crushing!

1. Meaning of bringing out Koizumi's preamble In postwar Japan, the noisy constitutional debate has been going on for nearly 60 years.
The text of the Occupation Constitution, called the current Constitution, has endlessly played an interpretation battle that is convenient for you, as if you were deciphering ancient characters.

In particular, Article 9 interpretations regarding abandonment of war, non-retention of force, and denial of the right to engage in war, and Article 20 interpretations regarding religion are typical examples!

On the other hand, there have certainly been dramatic changes in the overseas dispatch of the Self-Defense Forces over the last decade.

Considering the abolition of the PKO bill 15 years ago, the dispatch of minesweepers in 1991, and the dispatch of Iraqi troops from the Land, Sea, and Air Self-Defense Force this time, the interpretation of Article 9 must be said to be a dramatic change of 180 degrees!

However, what I would like to pay attention to most is that the Chancellor of the time finally brought up the preamble to the Constitution (Note 1) and ended the debate on dispatching the Self-Defense Forces.
The meaning of bringing up the preamble to the Constitution is, so to speak.

"Don't mess with detailed interpretations! The basic idea says this, so the text inside interprets it like this!"

It means that it can be easily asserted.
Originally, the rhetoric that was miscellaneously displayed in the preamble was recognized by everyone as a lie 800, and it was the "perpetual peace" and "unarmed neutrality" that were used as the front sign to deal with this mysterious word. It was only the left wing and civil society.
When they are at a disadvantage in the content of the article, it is a common practice to bring up the preamble, which is a fictional mass that is the basic spirit of the Constitution, and make the problem vague!

However, even if weak powers such as the left and civil society used this violent method, their posture was not affected.
This time, Prime Minister Koizumi, who has a light, thin, short and small body, used this method, and it is strange that it does not sound like a big deal if it is emitted from Koizumi's mouth!

However, even the important thing that should have been a fuss like a beehive until now has been approved by the leftist media and the public without much objection to this method.
I don't know why Koizumi is personal?

There is no doubt that the fact that the interpretation was pervasive means that the legal normative backing of the constitutional interpretation has been weakened and that the constitutional interpretation has given way to the political interpretation!
However, Koizumi's interpretation of Bush's goldfish droppings is nothing but Bush's interpretation, and it must be clearly seen that there is no legitimacy in the light of Japan's "national interests, national polity, and national history"!

2. The seller has no legal interpretation right!
I am convinced that the right to interpret the law should ultimately be the politician who is the chief operating officer of the legal order, not the judge.

However, as a premise, is there politics in the words and actions of Japan and Koizumi?

I want to say.
In the first place, the Constitution and the law should be nothing more than normative assistance for protecting, developing and growing Japan's "national polity, national interests, and national history."
However, after the war, a mystery arose in which the Constitution and the law prioritized "national polity, national interests, and national history," and the dogmatic interpretation of the Constitutional Law became widespread.

Attorneys and prosecutors' individual abilities and judges' personal discretion will be used for different interpretations.

As shown in the district court, the high court, the Supreme Court's reversal judgment, and the conflict of interpretation rights between lawyers on TV programs, it can be said that individualism has been dismissed up to the legal interpretation.

The harmful effects of individualism are just around the corner!
In the first place, the post-war democracy, which is spoken of by liberalism, pacifism, and individualism, is nothing but a enslavement policy toward Japan that seeks to destroy our national polity, and either abolished the Constitution or tampered with the civil law most familiar to the people. However, the fact that the Japanese community system has been deposed is a very serious situation.
Therefore, the politician is the traitor who promotes the self-destruction of our country in order to abolish the national corruption caused by such individualism!
And despite advocating individualism, in fact!

The people should be even more astonished that there is no true personal freedom or benefit in our country, and that there is no freedom or benefit of the Japanese nation, which should be a culmination!
After the defeat of the Greater East Asia War, Japan has been consistently placed under the military administration of the Japan-US Security Treaty, and it is natural that it cannot be said to be a true independent sovereign state.

On the surface, it is independent, but when virtually all fields such as politics, economy, culture, and national defense are under the control of the United States, how can only the Constitution and the law take its own path?

3. No constitution without national polity The constitution and law are under the control of the United States!

It is quite natural for the United States, which is trying to enslave Japan, to breed colonial norms in Japan, and the Constitution is a mere skeleton to maintain the physical condition of a modern nation!
Therefore, only those that are in line with the intentions of the United States have been placed in a public position and used as sentinels for the colonial constitution and legal norms.

However, as the times changed, people's consciousness changed, and anti-American interpretation rights began to appear, and Bush's loyal dogs such as Junichiro Koizumi aimed to block the interpretation rights of the Hundred Flowers Campaign.
In the first place, it should be strongly recognized that there is no original constitution in the US colony consistently after the war!

With a mixture of left-wing constitutional sellers who make the US version of the constitution a monument, and old-fashioned sellers who try to sneak up on the United States even if the constitution is amended, we must realize once again that the true constitutional debate lies in the construction of a true independent sovereign state. Must!
To that end, we must strongly recognize that no progress can be made in postwar Japan without raising the abolition of the US-Japan Security Treaty, which takes precedence over the Constitution!
"We will replace all values and legal orders poisoned by modern, Western, and Christian civilizations, and demand the enactment of general laws based on Japanese traditions and the priority of the national polity over laws and regulations." The text in Article 15 of the Code is the basic idea of the legal order of our movement.
I am convinced that the Constitution of the Dainichi this empire, which enacted the modern constitution, which is one of the minimum requirements for a modern nation based on the part of the world modernization of white imperialism, was the best from the historical background at that time. In our movement to overthrow white imperialism, we believe that even a white-style constitution that must look at the complexion of white people should be abandoned, and if so, the world's oldest constitution, the "Seventeen-article Constitution of the Prince of Japan" Shouldn't we praise the continuation of (because it has not been abolished)!
This year, which is the 1400th anniversary of the promulgation in May of the 12th year of Suiko (604 AD), the establishment of a true constitution that is not imitating white monkeys and the departure from the U.S. military administration (Japan) Let's do the US security crushing) proudly!

(Note 1) On December 9, 2003, a section of the "Preamble to the Constitution" read out by Prime Minister Koizumi as a reason to support the decision to dispatch the Self-Defense Forces to Iraq, "We are afraid of the people of the whole world. And make sure that you have the right to live in peace, free from deficiencies.

We must not concentrate on our own country and ignore other nations, and the law of political morality is universal, and obeying this law is our own country. I believe that it is the responsibility of each country to maintain its sovereignty and establish equal relations with other countries.

The Japanese people pledge to honor the nation and do their utmost to achieve this noble ideal and purpose. "
